NOTEWARE has applied private sector Real Estate experiences to assist the public sector achieve success in organizational performance, regulatory compliance and policy objectives. We have turned-around and led the transition of major community development agencies in Washington, DC and Houston, Texas, and have advised other governmental organizations on specific programs to achieve specific project results.
